SpaceX Hyperloop

In late 2016 a group of Yale undergraduates started a team to enter the Space X Hyperloop team. I was assigned the role of organising the braking department. This involved designing braking systems, both emergency and standard use, compatible with the overall design.
To achieve this aim involved extensive CAD modelling and simulating (on SolidWorks) as well as consistent coordination with other departments.
Unfortunately, the team was put on hold due to an administration issue but will resume work in September 2017 under new management, a position in which I will be involved.
